We're off to Melbourne - Road trip to BMW Clubs Australia Nationals 2025

Who's joining us on a road trip to Melbourne next year?

BMWCQ will be attending the BMW Clubs Australia Nationals from Thursday 24th April - Sunday 27th April @ WestWaters Hotel, Caroline Springs VIC 3023.  Your Committee would like to invite you to join us for this special event!

Please register your interest today!  It will be a fantastic Club trip down with plenty of laughs, interesting stops along the way, pre-booked accommodation & meals and great driving roads!  The previous trip to Canberra was amazing and this one will be even bigger & better!

Proposed Road Trip

DAY 1 Monday April 21, 2025 

• 9am:  Depart south side of Logan Hyperdome Shopping Centre (Hungry Jacks end)
• Stop at Coffs Harbour - The Big Banana for Lunch
• Overnight accommodation at "Club Old Bar Motel" Old Bar NSW 2430

DAY 2 Tuesday April 22, 2025

• 8:30am:  Depart Old Bar to Stanwell Tops via Grand Pacific Drive
• Toilet break at Caltex Twin Service Stations M1, Warnervale NSW 2259
• Lunch at Flying High Cafe - Lot 245 Otford Road, Stanwell Tops NSW 2508
• We continue on to Coalcliff, Clifton, Scarborough, Bulli, Kiama and then onto Ulladulla for the evening.

DAY 3 Wednesday April 23, 2025

• 8:00am:  Depart Ulladulla to Narooma for lunch
• Then onto Lakes Entrance for the evening.

DAY 4 Thursday April 24, 2025

• 8:30am:  Depart Lakes Entrance to Caroline Springs
• Arrive in Melbourne - WestWaters Caroline Springs

DAY 5 Friday April 25, 2025

• ANZAC DAY dawn service

• Evening 'Welcome meet & greet' event

DAY 6 Saturday April 26, 2025

• Super Sprints at the iconic Calder Park full International Circuit
• Show & Shine, also at Calder Park
• Dinner & entertainment in the evening

DAY 7 Sunday April 27, 2025

• Scenic or spirited drive
• Presentation dinner WestWaters

DAY 8 Monday April 28, 2025

• Farewell brunch, also at WestWater before we head home
• Farewell guided drives towards the borders, along some more interesting roads
