The fun, atmosphere and excitement of RACQ MotorFest returns on Sunday 18th June 2023. Public entry is from 10:00 am.
However, display cars will need to assemble from about 7:00 am so that we can enter as a group and be set up by about 8:00 am. More details will be provided to registrants closer to the event.
The event will be held at the iconic Brisbane Showgrounds and as always, it promises to have something for everyone.
In 2023, all the family favourites will return, including roving entertainment, market stalls, kids’ rides, food stalls and an array of wonderful prestige, vintage, unique and collector vehicles, as well as the latest in vehicle and transport technology.
Join club members in showing off your BMW Group car to the thousands of people who will be attending Motorfest!
This year we will again have an undercover display parking area.
You must be a financial member bringing a BMW Group car (BMW, Mini, Rolls Royce) to be part of the BMWCQ display. There are limited places so, register now to avoid disappointment.
Display car registration/entry is free.
You must firstly register with RACQ. Please click HERE.
NB. In Car Club field, please enter "BMW Club QLD"!
You must do this to receive an entry pass for your car. When registering with RACQ ensure that you:
1. Check the fire extinguisher box. Bring your own if you have one. BMWCQ will provide a fire extinguisher for those members who do not have one.
2. Show that you are a member of BMW Club Qld where appropriate.
Note: You are also required to bring a drip tray, carpet square or piece of cardboard to place under your car, regardless of whether your car leaks fluids. This is an RNA requirement.
RACQ registration will close on Friday, 12 May 2023, or earlier, should the event capacity be reached. Register now to avoid disappointment.
After completing your entry with RACQ, you must also register on the BMWCQ website so that we know you are attending and can keep you updated with information. Simply click on the green "Register" button above and follow the steps.

YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE SHOWGROUNDS.
