Event officially commences at 7am, gates open at 6am (first come first serve basis with parking).

What they are offering BMW Club QLD members!

• A location for an exclusively-themed event for German motoring enthusiasts including BMW, Porsche, Mercedes and others.
• Assistance with parking direction (until their parking areas are at capacity).
• 2 x coffee carts - some of the best coffee in town!
• The Gotzinger food truck (doing the breakfast bbq) has kindly agreed to donate all profits from their food sales to the charity as well.
  

Donations/Entry Fees

To make life easier for everyone, 100% of proceeds from the purchase of coffee/hot beverages will be donated to our event charity. Subsequently there won’t be ‘entry fee’ payments or coffee vouchers given out, instead attendees will effectively be making their donation when they purchase a coffee. All hot beverages are priced at flat rate of $5. The more coffees you buy, the more money we raise. 

Donations will go to a charity called "Traction" (who run wonderful programs for helping troubled adolescent kids, and really help forge a brighter future from them).
