Ready for another day drive & FREE BBQ...with a twist?
An Observation Run.
Now the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions are lifting, lets get out again and enjoy the club and its members for a fun drive and lunch.
The idea of an observation run is to follow the provided route instructions and answer a list of questions that, as the name suggests are a mix of what you will be driving past, a few general BMW knowledge questions and a couple of frivolous tasks thrown in. Remember, no cabin fever!
Prizes will be awarded..
This event will be hosted by the ///M Register, so those cars will lead the field, but it is an ALL OF CLUB social event, so all members & cars are welcome.
7:30 for 8:00am departure from The Gap Village Shopping Centre, 1000 Waterworks Road, The Gap.
1. Financial members and their guests at no cost.
2. Non-members fees are $20 per car plus $10 per person in that car.
3. You must have a passenger who can direct & take notes.
4. Vehicles will be separated at the start, 3 minute intervals.
5. You may have to stop and collect some things along the way.
BBQ LOCATION: McGavin View Park at 44/46 Vores Rd, Whiteside
The run is approximately 2-3 hours over 100km of twisty roads around the outer north western suburbs of Brisbane
Please REGISTER ASAP so we can cater and plan our run.
BBQ will be a simple sausage sizzle with water & soft drinks. You are welcome to bring along other BBQ supplies or any special dietary needs (and a quiet bevvie)
